  1. In a bowl, mix 1 cup corn syrup with 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup.
  2. Add red food coloring drop by drop, stirring until the mixture looks like blood (about 8 drops).
  3. In a liquid measuring cup, combine 2/3 cup chocolate syrup with 1/3 cup Tide laundry detergent.
  4. Stir in 4 to 6 teaspoons red food coloring until well blended.
  5. Prepare either of the fake blood recipes from the steps above.
  6. Tear thin strips of tissue paper.
  7. Stir the tissue strips into the blood until you get the texture you want.
  8. In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 tablespoon onion flakes, 4 teaspoons water, 1 teaspoon corn syrup, and 4 drops red food coloring.
  9. Clump the mixture onto your skin and let it dry.
