These easy-to-make baked pumpkin donut holes are a delightful twist on traditional donuts. With just a few simple ingredients and a cozy autumn flavor, they're a great addition to any Halloween party or fall gathering.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a mini muffin tin with non-stick spray.
- In one bowl, combine flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
- Spoon or pipe the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cavity about three-quarters full. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Meanwhile, mix melted butter with cinnamon and sugar in separate bowls.
- Dip each cooled donut hole into the melted butter, then roll it in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
