Bud Vase Pumpkins & Ghosts

Directions

1. Apply a thin layer of orange acrylic paint to the exterior of the bud vase to create the pumpkin's body, ensuring the coating remains translucent enough for light to pass through.
2. Use brown acrylic paint to carefully outline and fill in the stem at the top of the vase.
3. Once the paint has completely dried, sketch your desired facial expression onto the surface using a black marker.
4. After the marker ink has set, coat the entire pumpkin with a clear acrylic sealer spray.
5. Position a flickering LED candle inside the finished pumpkin vase.
6. For the ghost decoration, apply Rust-Oleum frosted glass paint evenly over the outside of a separate bud vase.
7. When the frosted coating is dry, use a black marker to fill in two circular shapes for the eyes.
8. Place a plug-in light bulb fixture inside the ghost vase to provide illumination.
