This fall charcuterie board combines seasonal cheeses, cured meats, fruits, and nuts with festive decor. Start with a large board, add small bowls for dips, arrange cheeses and meats, then fill in with fruits, nuts, crackers, and mini pumpkins for a perfect autumn spread.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Select a large board or cutting board as your foundation. For a bigger gathering, a wooden board or platter offers ample space.
  2. Distribute small bowls around the board for olives, dips, and spreads. These add height and visual appeal.
  3. Position your cheeses—Brie, Cheddar, goat cheese, Manchego, and cheese ball—around the board, spacing them apart. Use a cheese knife for serving.
  4. Layer or fold salami and prosciutto between the cheeses. Get creative by rolling prosciutto or forming salami roses for an elegant look.
  5. Fill in with fall fruits like grapes, apple slices, and pear. Then add walnuts, dried figs, and pumpkin seeds to fill gaps.
  6. Tuck crackers (whole grain, seeded, plain) and savory snacks into remaining spaces, ensuring easy access for guests.
  7. Finish by placing mini pumpkins around the board to reinforce the autumn theme.
