Jean's Crafty Corner: Day 17 of Halloween Projects: Paper Sack Goodie Bags
PHOTO · JEANSCRAFTYCORNER.BLOGSPOT.COM

This project turns plain paper lunch sacks into festive Halloween treat bags. Decorate the front with stickers, stamps, or drawings, then fold a cuff and add a ribbon handle. Fill with candy or toys for a quick party favor or trick-or-treat alternative.

You'll need

Directions

  1. Place the paper lunch sack on a flat surface and embellish its front with Halloween-themed stickers, stamps, or hand-drawn designs using markers or crayons.
  2. Wait until all decorations are fully dry.
  3. Fold the sack's top edge downward roughly one inch to create a cuff.
  4. Punch two holes directly across from each other near that top fold, then feed a ribbon or yarn piece through the holes and knot it to make a handle.
  5. Stuff the bag with candy or small toys.
