DIY Halloween Gift Bags You Can Make
Turn plain gift bags into creepy Halloween treats with painted spiders and web designs.

Create spooky DIY Halloween gift bags by painting plastic spiders and attaching them to bags with a spider web. The spiders get two coats of paint (dried overnight) and are hot-glued onto the web design. Repeat for as many bags as you like.

- Apply two generous coats of paint to your plastic spiders using a paintbrush. Let the first coat dry fully before adding the second coat. For best results, allow the spiders to dry overnight. Only the tops and sides need painting since the bottom will be attached to the bag. Protect your work surface.
- Affix a spider web design to the front of a gift bag. Then, using hot glue, attach one of your painted spiders to the bag on top of the web. You can create the web with a Cricut machine using vinyl (try the spiderweb SVG provided), draw or paint it on, or find a pre-made spider web bag.
- Repeat this process for each additional gift bag you'd like to decorate.
