This project guides you through creating four distinct Halloween headbands using wool felt, a sewing machine, and basic templates. The process involves cutting specific shapes, stitching them into a cone structure, attaching securing straps, and finally mounting the finished piece onto a headband for a festive finish.

Directions
- Trace and cut the required shapes from your wool felt: one cone section, one circular base, and two rectangular bands. For the circle, fold your fabric first and cut along the fold to ensure a complete, unbroken shape.
- Bring the two straight edges of the cone piece together and stitch them securely using your sewing machine.
- Flip the cone over to its wrong side. Position the two rectangular bands on opposite sides, placing them roughly half an inch away from the inner curve of the circle, and sew them in place.
- Flip the cone right-side out. Align the raw edges of the cone with the circular base, ensuring the right sides of the fabric face each other, and stitch around the perimeter to join them.
- Thread your purchased headband through the rectangular loops you created and adjust for a comfortable fit.
