- Use scissors to snip orange construction paper into pieces measuring 3 inches by 6 inches.
- Shape each rectangular piece into a cylinder, fastening the overlap with tape or glue.
- From black construction paper, create a round disk for the pumpkin's bottom and a triangular shape for the face.
- Affix the black triangles onto the orange cylinders to form jack-o'-lantern expressions.
- Organize the cylinders in a circular pattern atop the black disk to build the pumpkin body.
- Insert a battery-operated tea light into the center for a luminous effect.
