Ingredients
Directions
- Chop the Roma tomatoes and onion into small bits using a sharp knife and cutting board. Mince the garlic and cilantro finely. Set everything aside.
- Cut the avocados in half with a knife, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a large bowl. Mash with a fork or pastry cutter until smooth.
- Stir in the diced tomato, minced onion, garlic, cilantro, and optional avocado (if using) with a spoon. Squeeze the juice from half a lime into the mixture, keeping out any seeds.
- Spread the guacamole evenly onto a large plate in a broad rectangle shape.
- Decorate the guacamole: arrange blue corn tortilla chips at the top for hair, with the pointed ends facing down. Place sliced black olives for the eyes and neck bolts.
- Put the sour cream into a small zip-top bag, snip off a corner, and pipe pupils onto the olive eyes.
- Cut the red bell pepper into thin strips and use them to create one or two scars. Use shredded carrots to form the mouth.
- Serve right away for the best taste. Guacamole may darken if stored or left in a warm area.
