These Frankenstein Halloween cookies are a fun, no-bake treat made from Chocolate Milano cookies coated in green candy melts. Mini chocolate chips form the eyes, regular chips become neck bolts, and chocolate jimmies create the hair, with a black frosting mouth to finish the spooky face.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. With a serrated knife, trim a small piece from one end of each Milano cookie.
  2. Heat the green candy melts and vegetable oil together per the package instructions until melted.
  3. Dip one side of the cookie into the melted green candy, then gently tap off extra coating.
  4. Dip the flat, trimmed end into chocolate jimmies sprinkles to form the hair.
  5. Set the cookie on a parchment-lined baking sheet and right away press two mini chocolate chips onto it for eyes.
  6. Coat two regular chocolate chips in the candy melt mixture and attach one on each side of the cookie as neck bolts.
  7. Repeat the dipping and decorating steps for all remaining cookies.
  8. Draw a straight line on each cookie with black frosting to create the mouth.
