This dessert features eight servings of chocolate pudding topped with mini pumpkins, green icing vines, and crushed Oreo cookies that mimic soil and a glowing moon.
Ingredients
Directions
- Gently separate each cookie, setting aside the wafer halves that appear most intact to serve as the moon.
- Collect the remaining cookie pieces, which will be transformed into the soil for your patch.
- Scrape away all the filling from the reserved cookie halves, then process the plain wafers in a blender or food processor until they form fine crumbs.
- Spread a layer of the crushed cookie crumbs at the bottom of each pudding cup to create the ground.
- Nestle two of the small pumpkins into the cookie soil.
- Using a piping bag fitted with a number 2 tip, draw green icing vines around the pumpkins.
- Position a cream-filled cookie half at the rear of the cup to complete the lunar backdrop.
