Ingredients
Directions
- Follow the instructions on the Betty Crocker brownie mix box to prepare and bake the brownies. Allow them to cool completely.
- Slice the cooled brownies into 4-inch squares and arrange them on parchment paper.
- Use a small dab of melted chocolate to stick a marshmallow onto the center of each brownie square.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat about 1 cup of white chocolate chips in 15-second bursts, stirring after each, until melted. Stir in 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil to make the chocolate smoother.
- Add 1–2 drops of pink food coloring and mix thoroughly.
- Spoon a little pink chocolate over each marshmallow, ensuring it flows down and covers it fully to form a ghost shape.
- While the chocolate is still wet, press two candy eyes onto each ghost.
- Put the tray in the refrigerator for roughly 30 minutes to let the chocolate firm up.
