Ingredients
Directions
- Heat your oven to 350°F and get a 12-cup muffin pan ready.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Microwave until fully melted and bubbling. Use oven mitts to handle the hot bowl.
- Whisk the mixture until smooth, then stir in the vanilla, flour, and salt.
- While whisking continuously, slowly add the beaten eggs to avoid cooking them.
- Switch to a wooden spoon and mix in the chocolate chips (most will melt, but some may stay intact). Fold in the Halloween sprinkles.
- Spray the muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. Use a large cookie scoop or gravy ladle to evenly divide the batter among the cups.
- Bake on the middle oven rack at 350°F for 18 minutes.
- Let the brownie cups cool completely in the pan. Run a small metal spatula around the edges to loosen them, then transfer to a serving plate.
- Spoon a dollop of caramel dip over each cup, swirling it so some drips over the edge.
- Decorate the tops with Halloween candy decorations.
- Alternatively, cut the cups in half or quarters and stick googly eyes on each exposed side.
