- Measure and cut 31 felt squares, each exactly 3 inches by 3 inches, for the pockets.
- Print the downloadable numbers onto sturdy white paper, then cut them out.
- Decorate each felt pocket by gluing on items like Styrofoam bones, buttons, or felt skulls, and also attach one of the numbers to each pocket using hot glue.
- Adhere the decorated pockets onto the black felt coffin using hot glue, arranging them in a grid pattern to form a calendar.
- Add any final embellishments to the calendar, such as extra decorations around the edges.
- Attach a wooden dowel to the top edge of the calendar so it can be hung from a wall or door.
- Print the Halloween activity cards.
