This Halloween charcuterie board combines classic cheeses and meats with dark fruits and nuts for a hauntingly beautiful appetizer. The brie is placed in a corner, surrounded by clusters of black grapes, salami rivers, and a mix of berries, oranges, figs, and nuts. Finish by adding Halloween decorations for extra flair.
Ingredients
Directions
- Position the 8-ounce wheel of brie in one corner of a large tray or board.
- Separate the 1/2 pound of black grapes into small bunches and set them in three places: two on each side of the brie and the third in the corner opposite the cheese.
- Fold each salami slice in half, then again into quarters. Press the folds together to form two "salami rivers" - one next to the brie and the other near the grape cluster.
- Arrange the blueberries, blackberries, orange half-moons, fig halves, pecans, almonds, hazelnuts, and pepitas in the empty spaces on the board.
- If you have any Halloween-themed decorations, tuck them among the ingredients.
