This Halloween charcuterie board combines savory meats, cheeses, and sweet treats with spooky decorations. Salami roses, ham skewers, and a mummy cheese ball take center stage, while a brie wheel filled with orange marmalade adds a festive touch. Perfect for parties, it's as fun to make as it is to eat.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Start by pouring pumpkin seeds and pistachios into small bowls, then arrange them on the charcuterie board.
  2. To create salami roses, fold each slice in half and roll it tightly into a rose shape, using 6 to 8 slices per rose. Keep going until all salami is used.
  3. Fold black forest ham slices in half, then fold again in an accordion style. Skewer three folded slices onto a single toothpick. Repeat with remaining ham.
  4. To make a mummy cheese ball, tear the string cheese into strips and wrap them around the cheese ball to resemble mummy bandages. Attach two candy eyes on top.
  5. Position the salami roses and ham skewers on the board. Set the mummy cheese ball right beside the salami roses.
  6. Set down the brie wheel and press a pumpkin-shaped cookie cutter into its center to create a pumpkin outline.
  7. Place red grapes, raspberries, and blackberries in clusters around the board.
  8. Arrange the cheddar cheese cubes on the board, followed by dark chocolate covered pretzels and green olives.
  9. Add the halved cutie oranges, then fill any gaps with assorted crackers.
  10. Distribute spicy cheese wedges around the board and press two candy eyes onto each wedge.
  11. Spoon orange marmalade into the pumpkin-shaped indentation on the brie wheel. Arrange pumpkin seeds to form eyes, a nose, and a mouth.
  12. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs and serve.
