This Halloween cheese board features a prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella log shaped like an arm with a knife cutting off the hand. Surround it with meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, and dips, then add creepy decorations like candy eyes for a fun, festive appetizer.

- Remove the mozzarella log from its packaging. Cut off a 1.5- to 2-inch piece from one end and set it aside on its side to form the "hand." Wrap the remaining long piece completely in thin prosciutto slices, covering end to end. Also wrap the smaller "hand" piece in prosciutto.
- Place both prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella pieces in the center of a large serving board or tray, positioning a serving knife between them so it looks like the knife is cutting off the hand. On the other side of the hand, arrange the rolled mozzarella sticks to resemble fingers—slice some shorter for a thumb and others longer for middle and ring fingers.
- Lay out all remaining ingredients on the counter to assess what you have. Begin filling the board around the arm with a mix of fruit, crackers, slices of other cheese, and other items. Place salsa or other dips in small bowls.
- Continue filling the board outward until it is completely covered. Add any final decorative touches like candy eyes or vampire teeth, and include extra utensils for serving. Enjoy!
