Ingredients
Equipment
- 9x13 inch baking pan
- microwave-safe bowl
Directions
- Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9x13-inch baking pan with grease.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the brownie mix, eggs, oil, water, and vanilla extract until smooth, then fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared pan and level the top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes—insert a toothpick into the middle; if it comes out clean, it's done.
- Take the brownies out of the oven and quickly place the marshmallows on top while still hot, arranging them evenly. Let the pan cool fully.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips in 30-second bursts, stirring after each, until melted and smooth. Drizzle or spread the melted white chocolate over the marshmallows.
- On each marshmallow, use the black gel icing to add two small dots for ghost eyes. Wait for everything to set, then slice into squares.
