These spooky desserts layer chocolate pudding, Cool Whip, and crushed Oreo cookies in clear cups. Mint Milano cookies are decorated as tombstones with 'RIP' frosting, and a candy corn pumpkin adds the perfect graveyard touch.

- Whisk together the chocolate instant pudding and milk (as indicated on the package) in a big mixing bowl.
- Gently stir the Cool Whip into the pudding until fully combined.
- Spoon a generous amount of the pudding mixture into small transparent cups, then sprinkle crushed chocolate sandwich cookies on top.
- With frosting, inscribe "RIP" onto each Pepperidge Farm Mint Milano cookie. Insert each cookie vertically into the pudding so that about half remains above the surface, resembling a tombstone.
- Place one candy corn pumpkin on each cup as a final decoration.
