These Halloween Monster Cookies combine peanut butter, oats, and a trio of candies for a chewy, festive treat. Start by creaming eggs and sugars, then add peanut butter and butter until fluffy. Mix in oats and baking soda, fold in M&M's, chocolate chips, and candy corn, then scoop and bake at 350°F for 12-14 minutes.

- In a large bowl, combine the eggs with both sugars and beat until well blended.
- Then add salt, vanilla, softened butter, and peanut butter; mix until light and fluffy.
- Stir in the quick oats and baking soda, then gently fold in M&M's, mini chocolate chips, and chopped candy corn.
- Using a 50-millimeter cookie scoop, drop dough onto parchment-lined or Silpat-covered baking sheets.
- Bake at 350°F for 12 to 14 minutes.
