A downloadable PDF of an antique medical book is printed on cream paper and cut into pages with margins. The pages are taped together into long strips and mounted on the wall for a spooky Halloween decoration. This budget-friendly project costs just a few dollars for paper.
You'll need
Directions
- Obtain a PDF of an old medical book from the internet and save it to your computer.
- Determine the dimensions of your wall and figure out the number of pages required, given each printed page is roughly 5 by 7 inches.
- Purchase a ream of cream-colored paper (around $4 at a typical office supply store) and print the needed quantity—approximately 250 sheets.
- Trim each sheet to size, leaving a small border on all sides so you can attach them with tape into one long strip that spans the wall's length.
- Affix the strips to the wall one at a time.
