Ingredients
Directions
- Pop two full-size bags of popcorn, then pick out any unpopped kernels. Set aside.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
- In a large pot, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Once the butter is melted, add all 8 cups of mini marshmallows. Cook, stirring often, until completely smooth.
- After the marshmallows are fully melted and incorporated, pour the popped popcorn into the pot.
- Stir to coat every piece of popcorn with the marshmallow mixture. This takes some muscle—keep stirring until well mixed.
- Add the 1/4 cup of Halloween sprinkles and mix until evenly distributed.
- Spray your hands with non-stick cooking spray, then grab a handful of the popcorn mixture.
- Shape the popcorn into balls, about softball-sized.
- Place each popcorn ball onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Repeat until all the mixture is used.
- If desired, poke paper straws into the popcorn balls and sprinkle with a few extra sprinkles on top.
