This Halloween dessert features green apple gelatin broken into chunks and topped with tapioca pearls to mimic a witch's bubbling brew. Served in mini cauldrons, it's a fun and eerie treat that's easy to make and sure to impress.

- In a medium bowl, pour the hot water over the green apple gelatin mix.
- Stir for about 2 minutes until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
- Add the cold water and stir to combine.
- Place the bowl in the refrigerator and let it set until firm, roughly 4 hours.
- In a medium saucepan, bring 6 cups of water to a boil, then add the small pearl tapioca.
- Reduce the heat to medium and let it boil for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to prevent sticking.
- Remove the pan from the heat and let it sit uncovered for another 20 minutes.
- Pour the tapioca into a strainer and rinse with cool water.
- Use a fork to rake through the set gelatin, breaking it into small pieces.
- Spoon the broken gelatin into the mini cauldrons, then top with some of the tapioca, letting it drip over the sides.
- Refrigerate the cauldrons until you're ready to serve.
