- Use glasses or mugs of various sizes to trace around 15 circles on black felt, then cut them out with scissors.
- Attach the felt circles randomly to a red jacket using double-stick tape.
- Hot-glue a large black pompom to one end of each chenille stem to create antennae.
- Insert the free ends of the antennae into the top of a black cap, bend them down inside, and hot-glue them in place.
- Dress your little one in a black turtleneck, pants, shoes, and mittens, then add the spotted jacket and antennae cap.
