How to Make Trick-or-Treating Ghost Cookies
Turn ordinary cookies into ghostly treats with a simple white chocolate dip and a few gel-piped faces.

These trick-or-treating ghost cookies start with a white cake mix base, baked into soft rounds. After cooling, each cookie is half-dipped in melted white chocolate and decorated with black gel to create a cute ghost face. Perfect for Halloween parties or classroom treats.

Directions
- Set your oven to 350°F to preheat.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the white cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Using a teaspoon, drop rounded portions of dough onto baking sheets that have not been greased.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, just until the edges turn light golden. Allow cookies to cool completely.
- Melt the white chocolate chips following the instructions on the package.
- Dip each cooled cookie about halfway into the melted white chocolate, then set them on wax paper to firm up.
- Once the chocolate is set, use black decorating gel to pipe two eyes and a spooky mouth onto the white chocolate section, forming a ghost face.
