Ingredients
Directions
- Heat your oven to 350°F and lightly coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Pour your favorite sprinkles and colored sugar crystals into separate small bowls.
- Separate the cookie dough pieces (or slice and roll into balls if using tube dough) and roll each ball in a bowl of sprinkles or colored sugar until coated.
- Place the coated dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them at least 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 11 to 14 minutes, until the cookies are golden brown.
- Take the baking sheet out of the oven and move the cookies to a wire cooling rack.
- While the cookies are still warm, press one unwrapped Rolo candy into the center of each cookie.
- Gently press a small candy eye into the middle of the Rolo. If it doesn't stick, use a dab of premade frosting as glue to hold the eyeball in place.
