These Spooky Dipped Wafer Cookies are a quick and fun Halloween treat. Simply melt colored chocolate, dip wafer cookies, and add sprinkles for a festive finish. Let them set in the fridge or on the counter, and enjoy a crunchy, sweet snack.

- Cover a 9x13-inch baking sheet or another flat surface with wax paper. In the microwave, heat the colored chocolate melts in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted.
- Take each wafer cookie and dip one end into the melted chocolate. Set the dipped cookie on the wax paper and quickly add Halloween sprinkles on top before the chocolate sets.
- After finishing all cookies, either place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to speed up setting or leave it on the counter until the chocolate is completely firm.
