An interview with writer Todd Farmer, who discusses his original concept for a found-footage 'Halloween' film and his involvement with the aborted 'Halloween 3D' project.
About this
An installment of Bloody Disgusting's Phantom Limbs column in which screenwriter Todd Farmer details the unmade Halloween 3D, the sequel to Rob Zombie's Halloween II that he and Patrick Lussier wrote on a ten-day deadline. Farmer walks through the film's plot, cast, and 3D gimmick, plus the found footage Halloween concept he pitched after the project collapsed. The piece also covers the Weinstein company's handling of the franchise and why neither movie was ever produced.
