Witches’ Hats Halloween Cookies
Transform simple chocolate cookies into spooky witch hats with just a few minutes of melting and dipping!

Melt white chocolate chips and mix in optional food coloring, then dip unwrapped Hershey's Kisses into the mixture and attach them to 24 chocolate-covered cookies. Let the treats set for 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.

- Put the white chocolate chips into a bowl that can go in the microwave. Heat them on high power, pausing every 30 seconds to stir, until they are completely smooth and liquid, which should take roughly 90 seconds. If you want colored hats, stir in one or two drops of yellow or purple food coloring at this stage.
- Lay out your 24 chocolate-covered cookies on a piece of parchment paper. Take each unwrapped Hershey's Kiss and dip it into the melted chocolate, then press it onto the center of a cookie to form the brim of the hat. Allow the treats to sit out at room temperature for half an hour so the chocolate hardens before you enjoy them.
