These Cake Mix Monster Cookies are a quick and fun Halloween treat. You'll dye the dough in purple, green, and orange, then press candy eyeballs into the warm cookies for a creepy-cute look. Ready in just 10 minutes of baking!

  1. Set your oven to 350°F so it's ready.
  2. In a bowl, stir together the white cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until the mixture is smooth and thick like dough.
  3. Divide the dough evenly into three separate bowls. Add purple, green, and orange gel food coloring to each bowl and mix until the color is uniform.
  4. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop portions of about 2 tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave about 2 inches between each cookie.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Take the cookies out of the oven while they are still hot. Gently press a candy eyeball into the center of each cookie.
  7. Transfer the cookies to a wire cooling rack and let them cool completely.
