Ingredients
Directions
- Set your oven to 350°F and coat an 8x8-inch baking pan with baking spray.
- In a stand mixer, beat the softened butter and packed brown sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy, roughly 2 minutes.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until the mixture is smooth.
- In a separate large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- With the mixer on the lowest speed, gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing just until incorporated. Avoid overmixing.
- Fold in 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of roughly chopped candy corn.
- Spread the dough evenly in the prepared pan, then sprinkle the remaining white chocolate chips and the remaining 1/4 cup of candy corn on top.
- Bake for 22 to 25 minutes, until the edges are golden and the center is set.
- As soon as the blondies come out of the oven, gently press the reserved 1/4 cup of candy corn into the top, adding a few extra white chocolate chips if you like.
