Ingredients
Directions
- Set your oven to preheat at 350°F.
- Grease a square baking pan, or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large bowl, stir together the vegetable oil, sugar, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Before cutting, pipe zig-zag lines of green icing (or any color you like) across the top of the brownies.
- Generously sprinkle Candy Corn candies over the icing, pressing them down gently so they stick.
- Add gold circle sprinkles on top, then pipe black icing in a zig-zag pattern over the candy corn.
- Cut the brownies into squares and serve.
