These cobweb brownies start with a box mix, then get a marshmallow web topping. Quick to make and perfect for Halloween parties.
Ingredients
Directions
- Heat your oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Mix the brownie batter following the package directions. Pour it into the prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or as directed on the box. Let the brownies cool completely, then slice them into squares.
- Place the marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for about 30 seconds, until soft and melted (it may still look lumpy). Stir with a fork until smooth, then allow to cool a bit.
- Using two forks, grab about a tablespoon of the melted marshmallow and stretch it into a thin strand, then drape it over the brownies. Repeat this process to create a cobweb design. Serve right away or keep for 1 to 2 days.
