Create custom Halloween window decals using black car window film and a white oil paint marker. Draw your design, cut it out, and apply it to windows for a spooky effect. Perfect for temporary seasonal decorations.

- Using a reference image (photo, left, or printed clip art), sketch your design onto the black window film with the fine-point white oil paint marker. Allow the marker to dry completely. Then, working on a protected surface, carefully cut out the design with an X-Acto knife, staying along the inner lines of your drawing.
- Follow the manufacturer's directions to adhere the cut film to your windows.
