Ingredients
Directions
- Select a large board or cutting board as your foundation. For a bigger gathering, a wooden board or platter offers ample space.
- Distribute small bowls around the board for olives, dips, and spreads. These add height and visual appeal.
- Position your cheeses—Brie, Cheddar, goat cheese, Manchego, and cheese ball—around the board, spacing them apart. Use a cheese knife for serving.
- Layer or fold salami and prosciutto between the cheeses. Get creative by rolling prosciutto or forming salami roses for an elegant look.
- Fill in with fall fruits like grapes, apple slices, and pear. Then add walnuts, dried figs, and pumpkin seeds to fill gaps.
- Tuck crackers (whole grain, seeded, plain) and savory snacks into remaining spaces, ensuring easy access for guests.
- Finish by placing mini pumpkins around the board to reinforce the autumn theme.
