This guide shows you how to create four Halloween-themed toasts: a green Frankenstein, a mummy wrapped in cheese strips, a cute spider, and banana ghosts. Each toast uses everyday ingredients like guacamole, pizza sauce, jelly, Nutella, and more. Perfect for kids and adults who want a festive treat without too much fuss.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Toast a slice of bread until it turns golden brown.
  2. Spread a thick layer of guacamole over the toast to form Frankenstein's green face.
  3. Cut a piece of dried seaweed into a zigzag shape to resemble hair, then place it along the top edge of the toast.
  4. Cut another small piece of dried seaweed for the mouth and position it horizontally near the bottom of the toast.
  5. Use two black olives as eyes by placing them on the guacamole, and your Frankenstein toast is ready to serve.
  6. Toast another slice of bread until golden.
  7. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on the toast to give your mummy a red base.
  8. Cut mozzarella cheese into strips and arrange them in a crisscross pattern over the pizza sauce to create gauze.
  9. Set two black olives near the center for the mummy’s eyes, and the mummy toast is complete.
  10. Toast another slice of bread until golden.
  11. Spread a generous layer of jelly over the toast for a colorful background.
  12. Place an Oreo cookie in the center to represent the spider's body.
  13. Break pretzel sticks in half and place them on either side of the Oreo to form the spider's legs.
  14. Add two small candy eyes on the Oreo to finish the spider toast.
  15. Toast a final slice of bread until golden.
  16. Spread a generous layer of Nutella over the toast to create a dark haunted base.
  17. Slice a 2.5-inch piece from a banana, keeping the rounded end; cut it in half lengthwise and place both halves on the Nutella to make two ghost bodies.
  18. Pipe two eyes and a mouth onto each ghost, and the spooky sweet ghost toast is ready to enjoy.
