DIY Halloween Ghost Lanterns
Create spooky ghost lanterns from simple paper plates and LED tea lights!

These DIY ghost lanterns are easy to make using two white paper plates and an LED tea light. Draw a spooky face on one plate, cut out the features, and stack with the other plate. Insert the light and hang with string for a glowing Halloween decoration.

- Stack two white paper plates one on top of the other.
- Use a black marker to sketch a scary face on the uppermost plate. Include eyes, nose, and mouth, or invent your own design.
- With scissors, carefully cut out the drawn features (eyes, nose, mouth) from the plate on top.
- Insert an LED tea light into the gap created between the two stacked plates.
- Attach a length of string or fishing line to the edge of the top plate so the lantern can be suspended.
- Switch on the LED tea light and suspend your ghost lantern wherever you like.
