Directions
- Launch Cricut Design Space, then draw a triangular pennant template that measures 8 inches wide by 10 inches tall. Copy this shape to create as many flags as you need.
- Pick Halloween motifs or words (like 'Boo', bats, or jack‑o‑lanterns) and position them on each pennant. Scale them to fit nicely.
- Load felt sheets into the Cricut and use the rotary blade to cut out all the pennant shapes.
- Switch to a fine‑point blade and cut the iron‑on vinyl designs from white and black sheets.
- Use the weeding tool to remove the extra vinyl from around each design.
- Place the vinyl designs onto the felt flags, then apply heat with a heat press or iron following the vinyl manufacturer’s directions.
- At the top of each flag, fold the felt edge over a length of ribbon or twine and secure it with fabric glue or hot glue. Let the glue dry completely.
- Thread the flags onto the ribbon, leaving even spaces between them, then hang your creepy pennant banner.
