This DIY project shows how to decorate Halloween treat bags with foam bats, layered crepe paper fringe, and festive embellishments. Steps include adding streamers, washi tape, a paper pumpkin, doily, scrapbook paper, and ribbon, plus sealing and tagging the bag. All attachments are made with Scotch® tapes for easy assembly.

Use Scotch® Double Sided Tape to fix a foam bat onto the front of your treat bag.

Cut two orange and two black crepe paper streamers to match the width of your bag using Scotch® scissors.

With the same scissors, snip fringe along one edge of each crepe paper streamer.

Stack the fringed streamers and attach them to the front of the bag with Scotch® Double Sided Tape.

Place a strip of Orange glitter Scotch® Expressions Washi Tape across the top layer of streamers.

Load the bag with Halloween party favors or treats.

Cut four orange and four black crepe paper streamers to the length of your bag using Scotch® scissors.

Put treats into the bag, then fold the top edge down about one inch.

Layer the crepe paper streamers onto the front, folding them over the top, and secure with Scotch® Double Sided Tape.

Close the bag tightly using Scotch® Magic™ Tape.

Tape a Halloween paper pumpkin onto the crepe paper streamers using Scotch® Double Sided Tape.

Affix a happy Halloween paper doily to the bag with Scotch® Double Sided Tape.

Fill the bag with trinkets and treats, then fold down the top.

Fold a piece of Halloween scrapbook paper in half and attach it to the top of the bag using Scotch® Double Sided Tape.

Cut a six-inch length of Halloween ribbon with Scotch® scissors and tape it along the bottom edge of the scrapbook paper using Scotch® Double Sided Tape.

Write a name on the Halloween gift tag and attach it to the front of the bag with Scotch® Double Sided Tape.
