Create custom trick-or-treat bags using Halloween stencils and paint. Clean the bag, secure the stencil, apply paint evenly, remove carefully while wet, and let dry. Easy DIY for a festive touch.

Directions

  1. Get your trick-or-treat bags ready, making sure they are clean and completely dry.
  2. Pick a Halloween stencil from the Martha Stewart line.
  3. Place the stencil firmly on the bag so it won't move around.
  4. Use a brush or sponge to apply paint over the stencil, covering the area evenly.
  5. While the paint is still wet, gently lift the stencil off to prevent smears.
  6. Let the paint dry all the way before you use the bag.
