This snowman charcuterie board uses mozzarella rectangles to form the body, pepperoni as the hat, and cereal rings or olives for facial features. Cherry tomatoes become a scarf, smoked meat sticks create arms, and button cookies add the finishing touch. It’s a fun, edible centerpiece perfect for holiday parties.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Slice the mozzarella into rectangles measuring 1 inch by 2.5 inches.
  2. On a larger board, arrange the cheese slices overlapping tightly to fill the entire surface.
  3. On a smaller board, leave a small gap for the hat area, then fill the rest with mozzarella slices.
  4. Position the pepperoni slices as the hat. Use two cereal rings or olive slices for the eyes, a carrot slice for the nose, and the remaining rings or olives to form the mouth.
  5. Set the two boards together. Place the two smoked meat sticks as arms and the three button cookies as buttons.
  6. Arrange the 8 cherry tomatoes like a scarf around the snowman’s neck. The snowman board is done; serve with breadsticks, crackers, or fruit.
