These ghost cookies are a fun and easy Halloween project. You'll top chocolate chunk cookies with marshmallows, coat them in a simple icing glaze, and add ghost faces with black writing icing. Perfect for parties or a creepy snack.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the icing sugar with 5 teaspoons of water, stirring until you get a thick but pourable glaze.
  2. Arrange the cookies on a sheet of baking paper or a wooden board. Dip the flat bottom of each marshmallow into the glaze, then press it onto the center of a cookie to stick.
  3. Using a spoon, drizzle the white glaze over each marshmallow, letting it flow down the sides and onto the cookie.
  4. Allow the glaze to set, then use black writing icing to draw ghostly eyes and a mouth on each marshmallow.
