You'll need
Directions
- Apply a generous coat of white multi-surface acrylic paint to the plastic skulls. A sponge spouncer works well for this.
- Combine white glitter with Mod Podge, stirring until you like the look—there's no precise ratio required.
- Use a sponge to dab the glittery Mod Podge mixture onto the painted skulls, giving them a frosted, sugared appearance.
- Attach irregularly shaped gemstones as eyes. If the gems are self-adhesive, add a bit of dimensional glue to keep them secure.
- Finish by gluing black silk roses (cut from a floral spray) onto the skulls to form a crown or hair-like decoration.
