Green Slime Punch
Whip up a bubbling, green concoction that’s perfect for Halloween with this lime gelatin punch.

This spooky green slime punch starts by dissolving lime gelatin in boiling water, then mixing in cold orange juice and letting it cool. Right before serving, you add lemon-lime soda and ice for fizz, and garnish with orange and lime slices for a creepy-crawly look.

- In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of boiling water and both packages of lime gelatin. Whisk continuously for at least 2 minutes until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
- Pour 2 cups of cold orange juice (or your preferred blend of orange, banana, and strawberry juice) into the gelatin mixture. Stir well, then set aside to cool to room temperature.
- Just before serving, transfer the cooled mixture into your favorite punch bowl.
- Add 1 quart (1 liter) of lemon-lime soda or seltzer along with plenty of ice. Stir gently to combine.
- Float thin slices of one orange and one lime on top of the punch.
