These Halloween Brookies are an easy mashup of brownies and cookies, loaded with M&M's. Simply mix the ingredients, scoop the dough, and press in extra M&M's before baking. The result is a large, chewy cookie that's perfect for Halloween parties.

- Set your oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the brownie mix, both eggs, vegetable oil, and flour until well blended. Hold back the orange M&M's for now.
- Using a rounded tablespoon (an ice cream scoop works great), drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Press extra M&M's into each dough ball to your liking—I go heavy on them. The dough will spread, so they can be placed close together.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, until done. Watch closely near the end because that's when the cookies really spread and become surprisingly large.
