- Collect all supplies: candies, cellophane sheets (or tissue paper), ribbon or twist ties, and cinnamon sticks or small twigs.
- Put several candies onto the middle of the cellophane square.
- Bring the cellophane edges up around the candy to create a little bag.
- Secure the gathered cellophane with a ribbon or twist tie roughly an inch above the candies.
- Push a cinnamon stick or twig through the tied area to make the broom’s handle.
- Spread out the cellophane beneath the tie so it looks like broom bristles.
