This Halloween charcuterie board combines savory meats, cheeses, fruits, and sweet treats with festive decorations. Follow these simple steps to assemble a visually striking and tasty platter perfect for any Halloween gathering.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Begin by folding or rolling the deli ham, genoa salami, and pepperoni. Arrange each meat in its own section on the board, and place the cubed Colby Jack, sliced cheddar, and cubed pepper jack cheeses nearby, pairing each cheese with one of the meats.
  2. Add the green grapes, blackberries (or blueberries), fresh figs (or halved strawberries), and pimento-stuffed green olives. Use small bowls to keep any round fruits from rolling away. If you have any spreads or jams, add them now.
  3. Fill in the remaining spaces with crackers, candy corn (or mellowcreme pumpkins), caramel corn (or pumpkin cookies), and any other snacks. Layer and overlap items as needed, and step back occasionally to check for gaps and fill them in.
  4. Finish by garnishing with fresh flowers (or herbs) and tucking in forks, spreaders, tongs, and other utensils where needed. Add plastic spiders (or candy eyes) for a spooky Halloween touch.
