Halloween Charcuterie Snack Board
Create a spooky and delicious Halloween charcuterie board that's both creepy and crowd-pleasing.
Our own summary of the original by Nicole — the full post and photos live at simplyscrumptiouseats.com.
This Halloween charcuterie board combines sweet and savory elements like caramel apple bites, cured meats, and cheeses, all arranged on a large board. Layered with crackers and topped with creepy decorations from Dollar Tree or Michaels, it's a festive and easy appetizer for your party. The key is to assemble non-perishables first, then add cold items just before serving.
Ingredients
Directions
- Select a large board or cutting board—I found mine at TJ Maxx.
- Slice your cheeses and put them back in the fridge to stay cold.
- Roll or fold your meats however you prefer, then refrigerate them.
- Place anchor items on the board first, like filled bowls and a decorative skull.
- Arrange crackers, pretzels, and other non-refrigerated items neatly on the board.
- Just before serving, add the meats, cheeses, and more crackers—keep the caramel apple components grouped together on one side. Use the photos as a guide for layout.
- Fill any remaining gaps with grapes, then finish by adding your spooky decorations (I picked mine up at Dollar Tree and Michaels).
