Halloween Cheese Board

This Halloween cheese board features a gruesome severed arm centerpiece made from a mozzarella log wrapped in prosciutto, with mozzarella roll-ups as fingers. Surround it with crackers, cheeses, meats, fruits, and dips for a festive and delicious spread. Add fun Halloween decorations like candy eyes or spiders for extra creepiness.

Directions

Remove the mozzarella log from its packaging. Cut off a 1.5-2 inch piece from one end and set it aside on its side to form the "hand." Wrap the remaining longer piece completely in thin prosciutto slices, covering end to end. Also wrap the smaller hand piece in prosciutto.

Place both prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella pieces in the center of a large serving board, positioning a serving knife between them to look like it's cutting off the hand. Arrange the pre-made mozzarella roll-ups on the other side of the hand to resemble fingers, cutting some to different lengths to mimic a shorter thumb and longer middle/ring fingers.

Lay out all remaining ingredients on the counter for easy access. Fill the board around the arm with a variety of fruits, crackers, other cheese slices, and more. Place salsa or other dips in small bowls on the board.

Continue filling the board outward until it's full. Add any decorative touches like candy eyes or spiders, and include extra utensils for serving. Enjoy your spooky creation!
