These festive cookie bars combine a soft, buttery dough with orange, green, and purple M&M's plus monster mash sprinkles. Baked in a 9x13 pan, they're perfect for parties and store well for up to 5 days.

- Set your oven to 350°F.
- In a stand mixer, combine the softened butter with both sugars. Beat on low for 1 minute until blended. Then add the eggs and vanilla, and mix on medium for another minute.
- Stop the mixer. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Start on low, then increase to medium for 1 minute. Lower the speed to low and mix in 1-1/2 cups of the M&M's and the sprinkles until just combined.
- Spray a 9x13-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. Use a silicone spatula to transfer the dough into the dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup M&M's on top.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden. Let the bars cool in the pan for 30 minutes before cutting. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
